Just hope it's a Sunday/Christmas night movie for TV. The way theatrical movies are now, it will need lashings of sex and violence, and big movie stars to just break even, much less be a hit. Whereas a TV movie, with exactly the same elements as the series will be a ratings gold mine, particularly if they manage to show it around to everyone on the same day, and there'll be more to come in the future.
I don't want to see it in a big dark room full of strangers; i want to see it with friends at home with a nice buffet in the kitchen, all cozy and close, and I think most of us would too.

This turned out to be an announcement for Downton Abbey: The Exhibition in NYC. :p
