Andrew Scarborough (born in 1973; England) is the actor who portrays Timothy Drewe on Downton Abbey. Andrew currently plays the regular role of Graham Foster in Emmerdale, a role he has played since September 2017 and which he had been nominated for an award for.
He and Catherine Steadman both appeared in Victoria.
