Daniel was an individual who worked as a hall boy at Downton Abbey in sometime between 1912 and 1914. During the Great War, Daniel joined the British Army as a Private.[1]

- Daniel was portrayed by Alex Krist in Series 1. In Series 2, he is credited to have played a "Private". It can be presumed that Krist plays the same character in his Series 2 appearances.
