Ed Speleers (born as Edward John Speleers) is the actor who plays Jimmy Kent in Downton Abbey. He first appears in Series 3, Episode 3.04.

Ed is probably best known for playing the title role in Eragon, which also starred Alun Armstrong^[1]. He starred in Wolf Hall alongside Kate Phillips and David Robb. He and fellow Downton cast members Maria Doyle Kennedy, Brendan Patricks, and Douglas Reith all starred in Outlander.
