At [[Harewood House]] in 1927, Henry walks in on his wife hosting [[Cora Crawley]], [[Mary Talbot]], and [[Edith Pelham]]. His and Princess Mary's two sons are present, and he orders the nanny to take them away and not bring them down again later, to his wife's dismay.
He is absent from the royal parade, but attends the royal ball. He dances with his mother-in-law first. As he dances with his wife, she tells him that they have things in common and will have to change--she has decided to stay with him and try to make their marriage work.
